Train with purpose

At the Adelaide Club, every session is tailored to your level and goals. Whether you’re learning fundamentals or refining advanced techniques, our Boxing Coach brings the energy, precision and encouragement you need to grow stronger every week.

Training Options:

  • Private Sessions: 30, 45, or 60 minutes — one-to-one focus on form, strategy and endurance.
  • Dual Sessions: Train with a partner (2 people, 1 hour).
  • Semi-Private: 3–5 people, 45 minutes of shared intensity.
  • Group Sessions: 45-minute high-energy workouts — part skill, part sweat.

No, we provide gloves for all sessions. You’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Yes! Choose from dual or semi-private sessions, or join one of our group classes.

Private boxing sessions start at $100 for 55 minutes. Group and semi-private options are also available.

Boxing sessions are available for Adelaide Club members only. If you’re not yet a member, we’d love to invite you to book a personal tour to experience the Club and discuss your training goals.
