Unlike other Toronto running groups, the Run Club connects members from three private clubs — the Cambridge, Adelaide, and Toronto Athletic Clubs — for a coached, community-driven experience right in the heart of the Financial District.
The program is open to all Cambridge Group of Clubs members. If you’re not yet a member, you can still drop in and try a session before deciding to join one of our clubs.
You don’t need to be fast or experienced — our trainers adapt the pace and distance to suit everyone. Whether you’re building fitness, returning from a break, or training for a goal, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Run Club members can access structured 10K, half-marathon, and marathon programs created by our expert coaches, along with ongoing tips on pacing, recovery, and performance.
Running with a group keeps you accountable and motivated — plus, you’ll learn from experienced coaches and connect with a friendly downtown community that shares your goals.
Routes often explore scenic parts of downtown Toronto, including the Financial District, University Avenue, and the Waterfront — always starting and finishing at TD Towers.
Monthly members are automatically registered. Drop-in participants can contact the Club’s front desk or one of the coaches to confirm attendance for that week’s run.
No — expert coaching and training guidance are included in your monthly or drop-in fee.
Yes! Members are encouraged to bring guests for drop-in runs — it’s a great way to introduce them to the Cambridge Group community.
